About the role

- Assist with end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
-Manage and update employee records and documentation.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Help develop and enforce company policies and procedures in line with labor laws.
=Assist with performance evaluation processes and job contracts.
- Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees and management.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure data protection compliance.

Skills and qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
-At least 6 months to 1 year of HR experience (preferably in a generalist or administrative role).
-Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
